On August 15th, Xiangtianxia Group successfully held the 2024 New Product R&D PK Competition with the theme of "Innovative Taste Taste · Leading Fashion" in Chengdu. Teams from various stores under the group actively participated with high enthusiasm! After intense competition in the preliminary round, a total of ten teams advanced to the final stage. The organizing committee specially invited Mr. Zhu Quan, founder and chairman of Xiangtianxia Group, and Mr. He Yu, co-founder and president of Xiangtianxia Group, to serve as judges for this finals.

As the saying goes, 'If you want to do a good job, you must first sharpen your tools.' At the final of the new product development PK competition, ten teams from different stores competed together, showing off their skills. The tense and busy competition scene was full of highlights. In order to showcase themselves and break through innovation in this final, each team member was already fully prepared. Amidst the interweaving sound of cups, bowls, plates, and the scorching heat of fireworks, they have clear and orderly division of labor. Under the guidance of the team leader, they cook with care, carefully matching high-quality ingredients, employing unique cooking techniques, and showcasing exquisite and refined plate arrangement art, all in order to present the best state of their entries.

Chinese people are good at using food to carry happiness. What is expressed on the table of Sishi is the expectation of a better life. The dishes presented at the final venue have diverse styles and rich flavors. There are innovative combinations of dining and wine fusion, as well as creative new dishes made from old dishes; There is a combination of Chinese and Western cooking, cultural integration, as well as healthy and healthy selection of ingredients, emphasizing seasonality.
